Questions during auto-steering
Q6: The driving track has small curves
Detailed description:
The overall effect of the work looks straight, but there are small curves if you look carefully.x
Solution:
① Check the vehicle parameters to make sure the parameters are accurate enough.
② Modify these two parameters according to your actual speed.
- Sensitivity: This value determines the speed at which the tractor returns to the guidance line. Usually keep the default value when the tractor speed is 3~4 km/h. When the speed of the tractor increases, the value can be increased appropriately.
- Transmission Coefficient: It can control the speed of the motor adjustment, the range is 0-320. Usually use the default. When the steering wheel is turned too slowly, it can be increased, and when the steering wheel is turned too fast, it can be decreased.
③ Check if the motor is installed firmly, make sure it does not shake during driving.
④ Check the installation of the agricultural implement to make sure it is stable and does not shake.
Q7: The driving track has big curves
Solution:
① Go to the main interface and check the status. If the Motor Firmware shows 0 or error instead of version info, it needs to be reinstalled or replaced.
② Go to the sensor type interface and check the median value base on your angle sensor type.
- 90° angle sensor: median value=60°±10°
- 120° angle sensor: median value=80°±10°
- 360° angle sensor: median value=240°±10°
If not, the angle sensor needs to be reinstalled or replaced.
Turn the steering wheel to the left and the value should decrease, turn the steering wheel to the right and it should increase. If it is the opposite, you need to adjust the angle sensor inversion mode.
③ If the system has not been used for a long time, it is necessary to re-calibrate the system.
④ The software file is corrupted. You need to record the vehicle parameters and export the data, then delete the software folder in the system folder and restart.
Q8: Deviate from the AB line when driving, deviate left and right and the value is not fixed
Solution:
① The ground is not flat, and there are large undulations that cause the vehicle body to tilt left and right. The deviation in this case is a normal phenomenon.
② Slow down and reduce the sensitivity parameter.
③ Check the vehicle parameters to make sure the parameters are accurate enough.
Q9: Deviate from the AB line when driving, with a fixed deviation in one direction
Solution:
① There is a transverse slope in the working plot, turn on the lateral slope compensation.
② Check the median value.
Q10: The implement width is standard, but the spacing is wider on one side and narrower on the other.
Solution:
① Check whether the implement is wider on one side and narrower on the other. Push the tool towards the wider side. If the implement cannot be pushed, the simulated farm tool can be used to push 1/4 of the difference of the spacing.
② Check whether the vehicle parameter has an offset in one direction.
