How the automatic steering system is composed and works

The automatic steering system mainly includes components: GNSS antennas, sensors, tablet console, electric motor, connection cables, etc.

GNSS antenna: Receive satellite signals transmitted by various satellite systems in real time. There are two antennas, the main antenna is used for positioning and the secondary antenna is used heading.

Sensor: Gyroscope or Angle sensor is installed on the farm machine to monitor the attitude of the farm machine in real time.

Tablet console: As the console of the automatic steering system, the tablet is not only used as a display terminal, but also embedded with a high-precision GNSS module, which is used to receive the satellite signals provided by the two antennas and the differential signal provided by the base station, and calculate the position, speed and direction of the agricultural machinery in real time. At the same time, the attitude data of the agricultural machine is obtained from the sensor, and the steering information is output to the motor according to the working mode set in the software.

Electric motor: As the control unit of the entire system, the motor controls the agricultural machinery to move forward, go straight or curved, and turn around by receiving signals from the tablet computer, thereby realizing intelligent driving.

Connection cable: Connect various components for data transmission.
