During the transfer process, a new activation code is generated. Make sure to save this code, as it will be needed to activate SingularPad on a new Android device.

2. ERROR_ID_LOCK

This error indicates that your software ID is incorrect. Typically, the correct ID for SingularPad begins with the letter A.

- Steps to resolve:  

  • Ensure that your device is connected to the Internet.
  • If the issue persists, try restarting both your phone and the software.

3. ERROR_AUTH_CODE_USED

This message appears when the registration code has already been used on another device. A SingularPad license code can only be registered to one device at a time.

- Solution: Check if the registration code has been applied to another device. If so, you'll need to transfer the registration to the new device, as the same code cannot be used on two devices simultaneously.
